Bowen and Angiolini – Ten Years Together

We have received detailed and prompt information from the Northern Lighthouse Board, which is to its great credit.

Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen and Elish Angiolini DBE were together on the board for ten years, leaving it within 24 hours of each other in 2011.

A more blatant conflict of interest on Bowen`s part could scarcely be imagined, yet the sheriff declared nothing about his acquaintance with a key cited witness for the defence.

This is yet another example of the degree of the corruption that lies at the heart of the Scottish justice system. Due to the nature of the charge, a summary offence, any sheriff in Scotland would have been qualified to adjudicate on my case.

Why then was Bowen, of all people, chosen, and who selected him for the task?

Well I was blocked from going onto Roberts site for between 6 to 9 months, and I kept moaning and moaning on Facebook about it, someone told me that the reason I had been blocked was because I am a pest. But I knew Robert wouldn’t be the one who was blocking me, because I am not a pest at all, I am a survivor of the Staffordshire Pindown child abuse regime, and I think the reason I was blocked was because of what happened on Mothers for Justice, and the fact that John Hermming and Ian Josephs were on there, letting me get verbally abused by paedophiles from the Operation Ore investigation and members of the BFMS and FACT and other organisations that defend paedophiles. They called me a nutter and a religious bigot on there and the abuse went on for 2 years, and it was because I kept posting about Richard Gardner and Ralph Underwager being paedophiles (which they were) and the paedophiles and the corrupt secret family court lawyers were as mad as hell about it. Robert knows all of this because I told him, I told him what John Hemming did, and why I dont like him. I have copied (screen saved) the evidence several times and I have gone to the woods nearby and dug some holes and buried them so that if my house and computer get raided (as they did one day) they wont be able to destroy the evidence.

I dont think Ian Parker Joseph is the same man as Ian Josephs. I dont know if they have anything to do with each other. I have looked at a photo of Ian Parker Joseph and he has a bit of a beard and a different looking face, he doesnt have a creepy crafty face like Ian Josephs. Ian Josephs looked really embarressed when I said hello to him at Stafford. I didnt know he was bad at that time, although he was there letting me be bullied, I didnt realise at the time who all the bullies were, that they were Orees. I hadnt read the book then, The Appalling Vista, that was before I read it. I thought the people I was talking to on that website were just ordinary families, and I thought they were just being a bit selfish, wanting to you a syndrome that a paedophile had invented. It was terrible going through all that abuse for 2 years and I wanted to give up but I couldnt. They attacked me for praying as well, and they had got onto the admin – they tricked the lady who set up the site, who was paying for the site, and they threw me off, for being a broken record and a religious bigot, but she got me bvack on. She had 5 computers hacked and made unworkable by them hacking, she didnt realise, she thought they were helping her, they offered to help her and she let them, one of them was Paul Randle Jolliffe. He is in big trouble now for a sort of telephone company fraud. He is pretending to be a Christian lay preacher but I know for a fact that he hates God because he called me a bigot for praying for the families who are going through the secret family courts. I think of all the horrible things he has done him pretending to be a Christian lay preacher is the most revolting. They didnt realise the lady who set up the site is also a Christian, and neither did I, and thats why she didnt let them throw me off for praying and exposing 2 American paedophiles!

Unfortunately not the case Zoompad, Robert and Anne are almost completely estranged from each other. Carl Sims does not allow them to meet unless he is there and as I’ve said previously, Anne is not allowed her own email account. Carl sends out emails signing them ‘Anne’.

Carl Sims is a very difficult person to get along with, he is extremely paranoid, argumentative and somewhat lacking in social skills. I believe Robert has tried his utmost best but Carl Sims has caused this campaign to breakdown. I sadly do not know the future for the Hollie Greig campaign

I’m going to say a prayer online, that way if anyone else wants to they can join in. I’m not being a religious bigot by praying, I’m just being a Christian.

Dear Lord Jesus,
You’ve seen everything that has been going on, and we anly see a part. You know who is good and who is bad. Please will you look after Hollie and Anne and Robert, and not let Hollie get any more persecution from the Court of Protection people, and let her not be hurt by bad people any more, and please will you not let Robert go to prison, but make it so that he can clearly see what has been going on? Lord, child abuse is evil, and court corruption is evil, and when David was a shepherd boy he used to play his harp and sing, making up songs, and still carried on doing that all through his life, at least while he was an outcast, when King Saul was trying to kill him, and he made Psalm 37, which is a really great song, still very relevant today, also Psalm 35 and 36, and those psalms will have to do as my prayers for Anne Hollie and Robert, as I cannot put what I want to say to you any more eloquently than your servant David. I also want to pray for the ones who have either plotted against Hollie Anne and Robert, and those who haven’t exactly plotted against them, but winked their eyes at criminal behaviour and let them get persecuted, and I hope those ones will also read those song lyrics, and their hearts be smitten with those words, in particular Psalm 37 v 14 and Psalm 36. Thank you for hearing my prayer dear Lord Jesus.

‘Carol Sims’ is a play on the name Carl Sims, Carl Sims has a very real and influential hold over the Hollie Greig campaign, but prefers people not to know this, or anything about him.

Carl Sims has published his online magazine ‘Namaste magazine UK’ for a number of years yet there exists no picture of him on the internet and nothing in the way of any biography.

COGNOSCENCE – I looked it up in the online dictionary, as I have never heard the word before, and Noah Websters 1828 dictionary said it meant the act or state of knowing.

I also looked up the company. This is what I found.

Well, one of the things it DID was import and distribute material pertaining to the ‘Starchild’ project on a commercial basis…

The information I pasted in is from Companies house; that’s the government department that holds the register and administers Limited Companies in the UK.

Limited Companies (for the benefit of those that don’t know) are legally ‘third parties’ in their own right. And effectively isolate the owners from a lot of thepersonal risk that operating as a sole trader carries…

What that tells you is the Company hasn’t been complying with the law and is probably going to be ‘struck off’.

Car Sims is a very elusive character; by all accounts very difficult to get along with. So this is NOT a defence of him and I remain concerned for Anne and Hollie with regard to his ‘stewarding’ of them… BUT…

Suppose though for a moment he’s genuine… He himself IS in the ‘conspiracy business’ – He’s bound to know OF McKenzie and her background…

He could be either a commercial rival or commercial associate. One thing I would say though is that he’s far better at obfuscating his background than McKenzie…

This actually brings me back full circle to the reasons why I cant/won’t get involved with anything that’s monetised with regard to the Hollie Greig case…

One of MY key criticisms and concerns is that Hollie’s case has attracted all sorts of scavangers with clear commercial agenda. Throwing stones from within the glass house would be a bad idea!

zoompad – kindly qualify your statement about the Ian Josephs being “bad” as you put it. I put it to you that you havent a clue what youre talking about and you know little of which you speak. Also, one should not make an opinion on someone because of how their voice sounds. This conclusion, to me, is a bit silly. Prof. Steven Hawking speaks via a machine, enabling him to. I dread to think of your opinion of that.

I find it interesting the peoplke like Hemming, who i cant see has done much for child abuse in this country, gets the company of Belinda Mckenzie {as stated in these comments earlier} AND ALSO Sabine Mcneill, who became involved in the Musa case late summer last year. Certain people, including myself, in the Musa camp have grave doubts as to Mcneills genuineness, for certain reasons, and i am intrigued to see Mckenzies name linked also to government spooks, parliament meetings, and Mcneill.

I have emails from Hemming saying from him how he wouldnt be helping in the Musa case because Gloria Musa was not honest, and he couldnt rely on what she said. No mentin that now 6 children were taken illegally.

The reason im stating this in these comments is because Belinda Mckenzie features “prominently” some might say in the Hollie Greig case, and she has attempted to feature in the Musa case recently, to my amazement.

Evaluating Whistleblower Testimony from Bill Brockbrader aka Bill Wood: Thank you for all who took the time to listen and participate in the recent Livestream follow up interview with Bill Brockbrader. Unfortunately some of what was initially promised by Bill prior to the Livestream event was not delivered. If nothing else, what becomes evident is that what one person considers to be earth shattering or mind blowing can easily be seen as run of the mill to someone else. It all has to do with your frame of reference. In addition to that, as the interview progressed, what appeared to happen is that Bill Brockbrader had stretched his security oath as far as it would go. From that point on, it is evident that he is primarily talking from a personal/philosophical point of view. It also became obvious, at least to me, that there was a lack of familiarity with what Project Camelot is all about. And therefore Bill and Eva are not able to assess accurately what is new and what is well known to the Camelot audience and so both he and Eva Moore, although well meaning, ended up discussing concepts and experiences that are already out in the public domain and therefore not at all novel or new. You be the judge.

Naturally, Bill's personal experiences seem unique to him. This is understandable. Unfortunately a lot of the material in this livestream had already been revealed in the first interview I did with him. The rest of the material with regard to the Las Vegas police department while interesting is hardly surprising. Actually it would be more surprising if they weren't run by the mob, on the take and corrupt as well as deeply involved in scandals of every kind... What you will see is that halfway through the interview I simply decided to take charge of the process and attempt to get some focus and answers to direct questions that some of the viewers had.

Suffice to say, whistleblower testimony is often full of distortions, blanks and unanswered questions due to the impact that mind control has had on the person's life. In this regard, Bill Brockbrader is no exception to this rule. I suggest that rather than judging him you consider the impact that simple mass mind control has had on your own lives and then try to put yourself in the shoes of someone who has that and on top of it joins the military and becomes the focus of intense mind manipulation over long periods of time. Then you will begin to understand what it truly means to be a whistleblower, or someone who has chosen to break ranks and come forward to tell the truth about what they have experienced.

We need more people who have that kind of courage. Unfortunately they are few and far between. On top of that, the very people who could substantiate and stand beside a whistleblower often choose to hide in the dark.

As we enter this time where the veils are thinning between worlds consider how many lies you and people around you are dealing with on a daily basis. Then consider whether you would have the courage to come forward into the public domain to tell the truth about what you know. Consider how you would become an outcast among those who supposedly are your friends and loved ones. Consider how once you take the RED PILL you can never go back. Then look again at the testimony from Bill Brockbrader.

Ultimately truth is something each person must discover one step at a time using their own heart and mind to discern.

The 65% drop in the Baltic Dry Index (the price of shipping) this year is one visible sign of the dismantling. This is related to a growing global boycott of the G5 terrorist states as seen in the growing number of countries refusing to use US dollars or Euros for trade. Complete revamping of all the institutions set up after World War 2, including the BIS, the World Bank, the IMF, the International Court of Justice and the UN will mean the wholesale removal of agents for the Satan-worshipping Zionists who have been in control of these institutions from behind the scenes.



The hysterical efforts by the Satanists to start World War 3 via a war between Israel and Iran, and the offering up of millions of Israeli lives in a holocaust or sacrifice to Lucifer, is going to be stopped. Once again, this writer, who is of Jewish descent, wishes to warn all Jews that the symbol on the Israeli flag is the star of Lucifer and that Israeli citizens were earmarked for mass sacrifice by Nazis (National Socialist Zionism) in honor of their New World Order. In any case, the Israeli government has received clear warnings from the Pentagon, the Chinese and the Russians that their fanatical attempts to artificially trigger end-times will not be allowed to proceed. None of the world’s armed forces, with the possible exception of those in Iran and Israel, are going to allow World War 3 to be set off by these religious fanatics.



Despite the ongoing war-mongering, the dismantling of the Satanist (Zionist) financial control grid is becoming impossible to hide. Another example of this was seen last week when Germany, France, Italy and Greece begged Iran not to stop selling oil to them.



The Satanist controlled corporate propaganda media made itself look ridiculous by trying to describe this as a “boycott of Iran.”



Another example of the increasingly hysterical lies being put out by the Satanists and their brain-washed slaves was the attempt to pretend the latest US unemployment rate had improved from 8.5% to 8.3% when in fact the amount of unemployed people rose by 1.2 million bringing the real unemployment rate to depression levels of 23%.

The banking system failures are also multiplying. In Japan Monday SMBC Nikko Securities announced their systems had failed and they were now resorting to paper transactions. Similar events will proliferate so that only the part of the financial system backed by paper receipts and genuine physical assets will remain after the electronic fraud perpetrated by the Satanists is dismantled.



In the US, meanwhile a takedown of cabal candidate Mitt Romney is being readied. Preparations are also being made to place many of the Satanists into the FEMA camps they had prepared for US Christians and other civilians guilty of knowing truth.



In Europe as well, the Greeks have told the bankers to take their debt and put it where the sun never shines. German Chancellor Angela Merkel returned empty-handed from a begging mission in China last week. She immediately called a summit meeting between Germany, Finland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, the only European states with AAA ratings. France was not invited so the best bet is that the rump of the Euro will become a four-nation super Deutschemark. The other nations will issue their own devalued currencies meaning a one-time only European bargain hunting opportunity for international investors.



In Asia, meanwhile, top secret negotiations continue. One key element is the proposed merger of North and South Korea with Japan. A dragon family representative will be flying to South Korea next week to discuss this with Korean President Lee Myung-bak.



The South Koreans will meet the Dragon family representative at the airport with a water powered car and will also later drive him around in an electric car to show how advanced the preparations to use previously suppressed technology have become.



It is also interesting to note that the head of the Nazi Odessa group, Fuhrer George Bush Sr. will also arrive in South Korea at the same time. North Korea and Northern Japan have been controlled by remnants of the Japanese imperial army allied with Odessa since the end of WW2. So, it is a pretty good guess that Bush Senior is trying to accomplish what Nazi foreign minister Henry (Heinz) Kissinger failed to in his recent visit and get Asian support for the New World Order.



In Japan, meanwhile, many right-wing groups expressed opposition to placing the capital of a planned merger between the Korean peninsula and Japan South of Osaka. There simply too much vested interest in keeping Tokyo as the capital, according to these groups.



The White Dragon Society view is that the new economic planning agency or LIFE (Long-term Investments for Everybody) be set up South of Osaka and that existing power centers in the Korean peninsula and Japan can remain as they are. The reason for choosing the area around Nara and Tenri city is simply because there is a lot of undeveloped flat land near the ocean there and because the rest of Japan feels that over-concentration of economic and political power in Tokyo is not good for development.



Once the Khazarian Satanic cabal is removed from power there will be so much money and so many investment opportunities that all areas will experience a boom.



For example, the old plan to turn the Philippines into a fully modern nation with large nature preserves is being dusted off. There will be similar development projects taking place all over the world so no area is going to feel left out or left behind.

I acknowledge receipt of your 3 letters dated 31st January 2012, two with ref 13BA06806/PW/KH, one ref. 13BA06806/PW/YL, along with 2 CDs & 68(?) pages of what PURPORTS to be ‘evidence’, in an envelope postmarked 1/2/12. It reached me on 2/2/12, just as I was leaving to surrender to bail at Leeds Magistrates’ Court in response to your most malicious prosecution (Adam Roxborough, the free lance barrister representing you, tried to blame the late delivery on the Post Office, which was outrageous). You list 16 ‘witnesses’ & ask which of them I want to give evidence in person. I will require ALL of them to give evidence in person, PLUS whichever senior police officer authorised this quite massive operation, PLUS the person who was the original complainant - claiming to be ‘alarmed & distressed‘! I note that seven of the ‘witnesses’ are PCs, & one is a PS. I would like to know the occupation & home addresses of the other eight ‘witnesses’. You also ask me to say ‘what issues in the case makes it necessary’ (for them to give evidence in person). That is a quite ridiculous question. The answer is self evident.
I also make a request for information, but NOT with the ridiculous rigmarole of a ‘Freedom of Information Request’. They are simple questions, & I would be grateful for simple answers. (a) How many CPS man/hours have been spent on this case so far? (b) What has been the cost so far? (c) What is the estimated cost in time & transport of transporting the prosecution team & all the witnesses to Manchester Magistrates’ Court? Knowing only too well of the corruption which is rampant in our courts, there is a possibility that I may be found guilty. That possibility is a certainty if it is before a lawyer masquerading as a magistrate. With that possibility/certainty, I ask question (d) What is the estimated cost to the taxpayer if/when the case is taken to appeal in the Crown Court, the Appeal Court, the Supreme Court & an Application made to the European Court of Human Rights?

Investigators have discovered four intact files of supposedly "shredded" documents that caused the collapse of Britain's biggest police corruption trial and allowed eight officers accused of framing innocent men to walk free.

A victim of one of the most notorious miscarriages of justice reacted furiously last night to the latest revelations and demanded a public inquiry into a case that has raised serious doubts about the ability of the criminal justice system to investigate itself.

The officers were accused of fabricating evidence following the murder of Lynette White, a prostitute, in 1988, resulting in the wrongful convictions of the so-called "Cardiff Three". The officers' trial collapsed in disarray last month when prosecutors revealed that files had been destroyed.

But the police watchdog said last night that the files had been discovered in their original boxes and were still in the hands of South Wales Police, which had investigated the case against officers from the same force.

Stephen Miller, 45, who spent four years in prison before being freed on appeal, told The Independent last night: "There has to be a public inquiry. This is ridiculous. When is it going to stop? Those officers are never going to be seen back in court. Some of my co-accused have now passed away – where is the justice for them?"

The officers were acquitted in December of perverting the course of justice. A judge at Swansea Crown Court ruled that they could not get a fair trial because evidence was believed lost.

The court heard that the senior investigating officer, Chris Coutts, instructed junior officers to get rid of files that prosecutors had earlier said were relevant to the case. The prosecution told the court that the destruction of the files would "inevitably be fatal to this case", which followed a decade-long inquiry and trial that cost an estimated £30m.

A second case of four other officers, who were due to stand trial this year, was also dropped. All the officers have consistently denied all charges.

Amid an outcry over the failed prosecution, the force referred the case to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), which said the documents were found this week. The files were believed to be at the force's headquarters. The force last night declined to comment.

Mr Miller's solicitor, Matthew Gold, said: "It seems to be another very important error by South Wales Police adding to the catalogue of errors and mistakes made during the prosecution.

"If that [the destruction of files] was wrong then the officers have walked free when they should have continued to face trial."

Yesterday the Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer QC, ordered an inquiry into prosecutors' role in the collapsed trial. The inquiry will run alongside the investigation by the IPCC into the part that police played.

The solicitors for the three surviving men said they have no faith in the inquiry by the police watchdog. They wrote to the Government last month to demand a judge-led public inquiry. Kate Maynard, who represents two of the men, said: "This case is just getting murkier and murkier."

South Wales Police launched the original inquiry after Ms White was found stabbed more than 50 times in her flat near Cardiff docks. Police were hunting for a white man based on initial witness accounts – but five black men were later arrested.

Mr Miller was targeted by police and subjected to days of hostile questioning until he made a "confession" to the killing after more than 300 denials.

Mr Miller, Yusef Abdullahi (who died last year), and Tony Paris were convicted in 1990 of the murder of Ms White, 20, in part based on witnesses bullied by police into giving false accounts against them. Two other men, cousins John and Ronnie Actie, were cleared. Ronnie Actie died in 2007.

The men were acquitted at the Court of Appeal in 1992. Following a second investigation, Jeffrey Gafoor admitted her murder and is serving life.

The INTERIM CARE ORDER hearing, to renew the care orders which effectively keep the Musa's 6 children from their parents, was due to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, London on the 12th January this year, with the Musa parents being present in the court, as they had objected as they always have to these renewals and to the ICO's themselves. I had called the court the day before to ensure the court knew about the Musa parents having to be present at the hearing, for the reasons just stated, and the call narrative is in this video below with a court employee who obviously was ready for my request for the Musa parents to be brought to the court. The court employee assures me during the call "it is all arranged" for the Musa parents to be brought from their respective prisons to attend the ICO hearing. On the day, though, in fact, a strange happening took place. Chiwar Musa, the father, for instance, was taken from the prison, thinking he was being taken to the hearing at the ICO, but in fact all that happened was he was put in a prison van, driven around London, via the Royal Court of Justice car park, and then taken to another court where he was made to wait in a cell for a couple of hours before being taken back to the prison he was being kept in. He was not taken to the ICO hearing at all as he was supposed to be, thus the ICO was issued, if it was issued then at all, under irregular circumstances which renders it null and void. Many times the ICO hearings have issued the Interim Care orders regarding the children without the parents being present, which is against the very guidelines the courts themselves make. This occurence on the 12 Jan is just one irregularity in a whole series of irregularities, if not crimes, committed by the authorities and a thorough investiugation needs to be held about the entire case - the 6 children having been removed originally on totally bogus allegations, as well as one of the Musa children, Favour, now 11 years old, having totally disappeared after relating to her parents of being "inappropriatly touched" - sexually molested to call a spade a spade - during the first few months in foster care by a member of the foster family having been removed from her parents, as I say, on totally bogus allegations.
 Many authorities have been notified about what happened to Favour, indeed what has happened to all the Musa children, from MPs to the police, from a chief constable to foster caee agencies, but each and every communication has been a waste of time with nothing positive happening ever from the official complaints made in over 100 emails and recorded delivery Royal Mail letters to these peop;le one is supposed to complain to and notify crimes and irregularities to.
 It is a disgrace, and so much has happened since the children were removed on April 8 2010 it is truly unbelievable.

REPORT of the 'hearing' in Regina v Scarth, Leeds Magistrates' Court, Thursday 2nd February 2012.

A thick wad of ‘evidence’(??) & two CDs arrived by post from the Crown Prosecution Service just minutes before I was due to leave for the court. Obviously I didn’t have time to do more than glance at them. All credit to the five staunch supporters who turned up, but disappointing there weren't more. No reflection on those who live far away, but with a million people living in the Leeds & Bradford area, there could easily have been a thousand - & there should have been! Not that they should necessarily have been 'supporters', just observers, concerned at what is happening in our courts. Through ‘Security Scanning’ without hostility from staff this time (though there was plenty when leaving!) Outside Courtroom No. 1 Adam Roxborough asked to have ‘a quiet word’ with me. I said, “No, this is a public building, let everybody hear” & the ‘robust’ exchanges between us (me more than him!) delighted the score or so people present. He said he was a self-employed barrister from Manchester& knew nothing of this case until given his instructions that morning. At the hearing three weeks ago, the Crown Prosecution Service had asked for an adjournment, the reason being that THEY had asked the police to “undertake a large number of actions in respect of the case”. One would assume they were searching for more charges, more serious charges to throw at me? In fact the three weeks of searching by large numbers of CPS staff had brought the opposite result. Roxborough told me the charges had been reduced so the case would NOT be heard in a Crown Court & the charges were NOT imprisonable. Now wasn’t that nice of the CPS? No, it certainly was NOT ‘nice’ at all - but because they are DESPERATE that a jury shall not hear the full horror story! He then told me that ‘the court’ itself had decided the case was to be transferred to Manchester Magistrates’ Court. “For your benefit!” I said, but he denied this. With no threat of imprisonment now I said ”So you will only take my old age pension from me?” I complained at the documents only reaching me as I was setting off for court. HE said, outrageously, “That’s the trouble with the Post Office these days”. I said the only reply to that was a word which rhymed with SCALLOPS! (in fact the postmark showed it had only been posted the day before!) In court it was District Judge Roy Anderson again. I challenged the jurisdiction of the court, denounced him as a usurper & a fraud, that he was a crooked lawyer masquerading as a magistrate. I offered up my Sworn Affidavit & said it must now be part of the court record. There followed garbage from Anderson – he didn’t scuttle away this time. He even said “You can leave if you want, if you don’t think this is a court of law. You can’t have it both ways. It doesn’t bother me whether you go or stay” – as though I had some choice in the matter! Had I failed to turn up at the ‘hearing’ they would probably have sent a Jean Charles Menezes Death Squad after me! Bail conditions bar me from the Leeds 17 area: I asked that the bail be unconditional as I have friends & relatives there: he refused & said, “Appeal to Crown Court”. A big bellied 'Security’ psychopath threw me violently out through doors of the courtroom - many police saw this assault but did nothing. As the police were ‘escorting’ me out of the building I asked them why they were not arresting the criminals. The five supporters & I had cups of tea at the Town Hall Tavern; I then caught bus to Bradford, & another bus home. “And so to bed”, as Samuel Pepys was wont to say. Though traumatic, on reflection it has been an EXCELLENT day. WATCH THIS SPACE!

PS: At least as bad as the persecution of me is the CRIMINAL waste of public money! NINE police travelling from Leeds to Bradford to spring the COMPLETELY unlawful 'Honey Trap' on me (plus whoever authorised it, & those holding me captive in Bradford Nick), THREE court 'hearings' already - with more to come! Heaven knows how many CPS staff & 'Forensic Experts' involved in searching through my illegally seized computer & mobile phone, & even worse, STILL holding the computer of the lady who did nothing more than give me a lift in her car. The eventual response to her many enquiries was, "It has gone away for Forensic Examination, & because it is 'Low Priority' we have no idea when it will be back". So this whole thing is 'Low Priority'???? And the police are going to have great difficulty 'protecting' us because of 'financial cutbacks'? Trite but true - 'You couldn't make it up!' NS.

First let me say what a wonderful job you did on 12th January at Leeds Magistrates' Court, as did K & M with their cameras. Don't know whether you will be able to get there tomorrow, but if so, could you ask any other attendees to make certain they get the names & numbers of police officers, the CPS Prosecutor & PARTICULARLY the 'Security' thugs. Also, that they should NOT do as some did last time when District Judge Roy Anderson (masquerading as a magistrate) ran a Kangaroo Court, refused to allow me to speak, gabbled a few words granting the CPS Application for an adjournment & ran from the court. I had important things to say, but some of my supporters actually joined police & security in silencing me & getting me out of the building. No doubt they thought they were doing the right thing, but they SHOULD have been saying "Take your hands off him & LISTEN!" They would have been fully justified in calling out "Arrest that judge" - as hundreds of people did at Birkenhead County Court on 7th March last year. It is enough that the Quislings are determined to silence me, without help from my supporters! They should be doing all they can to help my voice be heard.

The Hearing in Leeds Magistrates, Thursday 2nd February 2012 (1.30 for 2pm) is for my 'Committal to Crown Court for Trial' - FOR THE TERRIBLE CRIME OF OFFERING LEAFLETS! The previous 'hearing' on 12th January was SUPPOSED to be for that reason. In fact the Crown Prosecution Service had made an Application to adjourn the hearing as they were 'not ready'. The reason they gave was that they had "asked the police to undertake a large number of actions in respect of the case”. On that occasion District Judge Roy Anderson refused to hear my objection to the adjournment (or to hear a single word from me!), which meant it wasn't a 'Hearing ' at all, & was in gross violation of the law. Don't know what dirty tricks they will get up to this time.

NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION ON IRAN: No War, No Sanctions, No Intervention, No Assassinations!

St. Petersburg, FL – On Saturday, Feb. 4, antiwar activists, Occupy protestors and other people of conscience will gather in over 55 U.S. cities to demand “NO War on Iran!” and to say:

- “They lied about Iraq, they’re lying about Iran!” Just replace “Iraqi WMDs” with “Iranian nuclear weapons” and it’s the same formula.

- Even top U.S. officials admit Iran is not building nukes: On Tuesday, CIA Director David Petraeus told the Senate Intelligence Committee that Iran is not building nuclear weapons.

- Even if Iran were pursuing nuclear weapons, the U.S. has no right to take military action against it, given the U.S. has (and has used) nuclear weapons. “Do as I say, not as I do” is the ultimate hypocrisy.

- The U.S. is threatening Iran, not vice-versa, and it already has Iran surrounded. The U.S. has either a military presence, or influence in the countries nearest Iran (Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Israel.) - The U.S. has been inside Iran for years: The U.S. supports the MEK, a terrorist group (according to the U.S. State Dept.) to sow chaos in Iran; the CIA has been conducing “black ops” inside Iran for years; and this past December, Iran shot down a CIA drone that was in Iranian airspace.

- Finally, the U.S. has a long history of aggression towards Iran, including the CIA coup of Iran’s democratically elected leader in 1953; supporting Saddam Hussein’s war on Iran in which hundreds of thousands of Iranians died; and the USS Vincennes shooting down an Iranian passenger jet killing all 290 people on board.

Well, we finally have it - our first drafted audio tape about the life of a torture victim and captive of energy based weapons.

As the beginning of our tapings for our Stories-Out! project, I decided to take a stab at it today and tape one event that I can remember about how perpetrators (perps) are taking people's lives away form them and using them for experimentation and torture.

We are working on taping a CD of experiences victims are suffering through while our government turns a deaf ear toward us. We want the public to know how horrible it is and the kind of electronic captivity that is waiting for them unless we get this stopped.

We need a congressional investigation and we need the state secrets and corporate partnerships with our government or private entities that are harming Americans and people world wide exposed.

Unless we victims tell our stories and tell the public how horrible this is, the public will continue to have their rights and liberties taken away with no understanding of how much control can be imposed on human beings and their bodies and minds, literally, through brain wave mapping and other technologies.

Here is the first audio tape of my experience being involuntarily moved against my will. Be aware that this is really hard to believe unless you have been victimized already. So at the risk of being called crazy, etc. by the public, here it is.

TR-3B Antigravity Physics Explained

To be correct, I probably should say, "TR-3B Antigravity Physics Explained, insofar as General Relativity can be considered an explanation for gravity."

Many readers of this list are probably already familiar with Edgar Fouche's description of the USA's Top Secret TR-3B triangular shaped nuclear powered aerospace craft. If not, read about it here: http://alienscientist/conspiracy,com/

Mr. Fouche describes the TR-3B's propulsion system as follows:

"A circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the Magnetic Field Disrupter, surrounds the rotatable crew compartment and is far ahead of any imaginable technology... The plasma, mercury based, is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin, and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma with the resulting gravity disruption.

The MFD generates a magnetic vortex field, which disrupts or neutralizes the effects of gravity on mass within proximity, by 89 percent...

The current MFD in the TR-3B causes the effect of making the vehicle extremely light, and able to outperform and outmaneuver any craft yet ...My sources say the performance is limited only the stresses that the human pilots can endure. Which is a lot, really, considering along with the 89% reduction in mass, the G forces are also reduced by 89%.

The crew of the TR-3B should be able to comfortable take up to 40Gs... Reduced by 89%, the occupants would feel about 4.2 Gs.

The TR-3Bs propulsion is provided by 3 multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform. The TR-3 is a sub-Mach 9 vehicle until it reaches altitudes above l20,000 feet - then who knows how fast it can go!..."

I was skeptical of Mr. Fouche's claims when I first read them, as I'm sure that many of you are, but I was interested enough to do further research on what happens when you spin a plasma at high speeds in a ring (toroidal) configuration. I came across a physics article (sorry, I can't seem to locate the source right now) that described this exact configuration. The article said that, surprisingly, the charged particles of the plasma don't just spin uniformly around the ring, but they tend to take up a synchronized, tightly pitched, helical (screw thread) motion as they move around the ring. This can be understood in a general way as follows: the charged particles moving around the ring act as a current that in turn sets up a magnetic field around the ring. It is a well-known fact that electrons (or ions) tend to move in a helical fashion around magnetic field lines. Although it is a highly complex interaction, it only requires a small leap of faith to believe that the end result of these interactions between the moving charged particles (current) and associated magnetic fields results in the helical motion described above. In other words, the charged particles end up moving in very much the same pattern as the current on a wire tightly wound around a toroidal core.

I thought that this was an interesting fact, but didn't see how it could possibly relate to antigravity, until I ran across the following article: "Guidelines to Antigravity" by Dr. Robert Forward, written in 1962 (available at: http://www.whidbey.com/forward/pdf/tp007.pdf). Dr. Forward's article describes several little known aspects of Einstein's General Relativity Theory that indicate how moving matter can create unusual gravitational effects. When I saw Figure 5 in Dr. Forward's article, the pieces of the puzzle all fell together. I instantly saw how the moving matter pattern that Dr. Forward describes as necessary to generate a gravitational dipole was exactly the same as the plasma ring pattern described in the physics article discussed above! If Fouche's description is even close to correct, then the TR-3B utilizes this little known loophole in General Relativity Theory to create it's antigravity effects! Even though the TR-3B can only supposedly cancel 89% of gravity (and inertia) today, there is no reason why the technology can't be improved to exceed 100% and achieve true antigravity capability!

In theory, this same moving matter pattern could be mechanically reproduced by mounting a bunch of small gyroscopes all around the larger ring, with their axis on the larger ring, and then spinning both the gyroscopes and the ring at high speeds. However, as Dr. Forward points out any such mechanical system would probably fly apart before any significant antigravity effects could be generated. However, as Dr. Forward states, "By using electromagnetic forces to contain rotating systems, it would be possible for the masses to reach relativistic velocities; thus a comparatively small amount of matter, if dense enough and moving fast enough, could produce usable gravitational effects."

The requirement for a dense material moving at relativistic speeds would explain the use of Mercury plasma (heavy ions). If the plasma really spins at 50,000 RPM and the Mercury ions are also moving in a tight pitched spiral, then the individual ions would be moving probably hundreds, perhaps thousands of times faster than the bulk plasma spin, in order to execute their "screw thread" motions. It is quite conceivable that the ions could be accelerated to relativistic speeds in this manner. I am guessing that you would probably want to strip the free electrons from the plasma, making a positively charged plasma, since the free electrons would tend to counter rotate and reduce the efficiency of the antigravity device.

One of Einstein's postulates of GR says that gravitational mass and inertial mass are equivalent. This is consistent with Mr. Fouche's claim that inertial mass within the plasma ring is also reduced by 89%. This would also explain why the vehicle is triangular shaped. Since it still requires conventional thrusters for propulsion, the thrusters would need to be located outside of the "mass reduction zone" or else the mass of the thruster's reaction material would also be reduced, making them terribly inefficient. Since it requires a minimum of 3 legs to have a stable stool, it follows that they would need a minimum of 3 thrusters to have a stable aerospace platform. Three thrusters, located outside of the plasma ring, plus appropriate structural support, would naturally lead to a triangular shape for the vehicle.

I was extremely skeptical of Mr. Fouche's claimed size for the TR-3B, of 600 feet across. At first, I thought that this must be a typo. Why would anyone in their right mind build a "Tactical Reconnaissance" vehicle 2 football fields long? They must be nuts! However, the answer to this may also be found in Dr. Forward's paper. As Dr. Forward's puts it, "...even the most optimistic calculations indicate that very large devices will be required to create usable gravitational forces. Antigravity...like all modern sciences, will require special projects involving large sums of money, men, and energy."
